Candace Perry -MODERN DANCE
Minimize
           Candace Perry, from Chester, Virginia, is a junior BFA in Dance with a minor in Business at George Mason University. At the age of six, she began dancing at a local studio. Throughout her teenage years, she furthered her training at Thomas Dale High School for the Visual and Performing Arts and Pine Camp Cultural Arts Center of Richmond, Virginia.

This past summer, she received a Kevin Campbell Scholarship to study at the Keigwin and Company Summer Intensive, and in 2011 was a recipient of the Outstanding Freshman Award for the School of Dance. Throughout her time at Mason, she has performed works by Camille A. Brown, Martha Graham, Bill T. Jones, Stephen Petronio, Karen Reedy, Susan Shields, and Kate Skarpetowska.

Candace loves to showcase her love for dance through performance, teaching, and supporting other artists. She would like to thank God, her parents, sister, and teachers for their unwavering support and compassion.
Natalia (Nata) Magradze - ZUMBA INSTRUCTOR

Natalia (Nata) Magradze has been a Zumba instructor for over 3 years 
teaching in several Sport and Health clubs. She shares her love for
movement and music with the members by blending into the Zumba class format
various dance styles from swing and hip hop to river dance and tango. Nata
likes to travel and explore new music styles and rhythms and bring them
into her dance classes by creating her own choreography to them.

Nata has also been practicing yoga for over 15 years and is now obtaining
300 hour certification program in Yapana yoga which is an innovative blend
of vinyasa flow and restorative poses with therapeutic support.

Nata is originally from Georgia, Eastern Europe, but has been living in DC
for 11 years.

Linda Wirtz - PILATES INSTRUCTOR

  Linda Wirtz began working in the fitness industry in 1984 and has been with Sport&Health Club since 1998. She is the Group Exercise and Mind/Body Director at their Ballston location. She currently teaches group and private yoga, Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer lessons. She received her yoga training through YogaFit and completed her Pilates training with Balanced Body. She is also a certified Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist through the Pink Ribbon Program. She loves sharing her love of exercise with all ages and fitness levels--you're never too old or young to exercise!
